1 - From the Olives, situated at the overhanging level, the olives come down in the wash machine where a whirlpool takes away possible leafs and impurity...
2 - ...to pass directly in the big automatic oil press. Here the Olive is broken and kneaded in the kneading-machine and all the containing olive oil drains...
3 - ...the Husk oil comes in the horizontal centrifuge that will dry it and prepares it to be sols to the factories of extraction...
4 - ...the must oil is centrifuged to be naturally separated from the water of vegetation...
5 - ...and filtrated with care from the impurity to make it perfectly clear...
6 - ...the oil is then sent to the silos for the more suitable preservation.
